We are very familiar with Korea’s transportation services, hotels and businesses so we are confident in making the most affordable decisions for your event and your budget. Our local secretariat will be your singular contact throughout the event planning process and it is our job to leverage your purchasing power to negotiate preferential rates with local vendors, hotels and suppliers.

Through our years of experience planning events for international organizations within Korea’s MICE industry, we have been recognized by the Seoul Convention Bureau as a representative company with their Seoul MICE Alliance (SMA). We also have native English speakers on staff to facilitate all communications with your team. It would be our pleasure to serve as your highly-specialized consultants in coordinating every aspect of event planning from program design and venue sourcing, to logistics and supplier management.
